The Hob Nob Farm Cafe in Boone, NC where App State U is located. Mom took us there for lunch while visiting her and my sister and brother-in-law.

I had the Crescent Moon Smoothie and a Garam Masala veggie dish with rice (yum!) 

Fred had a jerk burger and mom had a brie, crab cake, and bacon sandwich with red lentil soup. 

All the food is local and organic and the menu is very diversified--vegan, veg, carnivore, you name it. 

My kind of place!

We had a great week driving across five states to see family.
