If you want a new way to say it, say Tha gaol agam ort, pronounced ha goo(ee)l akahm orsht--to your loved one!

(That's as close as I can get to that ao sound--our teacher said to say oo mixed with ee, but with your lips flat against your front teeth. Gosh, saying I love you shouldn't be so hard!)
